1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and agam69 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the agam69 website located at https://agam69.casa and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content provided thereon.

agam69 is an online gaming platform serving players in the Malaysian market. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the agam69 Platform.
"Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus credits where applicable.
"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by agam69 to Players, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by agam69 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
"MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all account balances and transactions on agam69 are denominated.
"Platform" means the agam69 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://agam69.casa.
"Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful or restricted.
"Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on agam69. We enforce this requirement strictly through our KYC verification process.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active agam69 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

3.1 You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

3.3 You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

3.6 You hold only one (1) registered Account on agam69. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

agam69 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identification document such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport.

4. Account Registration

4.1 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these details with any third party.

4.3 You must notify agam69 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. agam69 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

4.4 agam69 may require Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian MyKad) and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership.

4.5 agam69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing and using the agam69 Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

5.1 You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including software development, data scraping, competitive analysis, or systematic exploitation, is prohibited.

5.2 You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. agam69 provides no guarantees of winning and accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.

5.3 You will not attempt to use any software, script, bot, algorithm, or other automated means to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by agam69.

5.4 You accept that the Platform may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime for maintenance and that agam69 will not be liable for any inconvenience or financial impact resulting from such downtime.

5.5 All game outcomes on the agam69 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which has been independently tested and verified for fairness.

6. Deposits & Payments

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). agam69 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and cryptocurrency via USDT TRC20 and BTC.

6.1 All deposit funds must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: RM30 for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay); RM50 for FPX bank transfers and DuitNow; and the equivalent of MYR 100 for cryptocurrency deposits. These minimums are subject to change and will be communicated at the deposit interface.

6.3 agam69 does not charge fees for deposits processed via Malaysian e-wallets or bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur third-party network fees which are set by the relevant blockchain network, not agam69.

6.4 agam69 reserves the right to reverse, void, or suspend any transaction reasonably suspected of being fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

6.5 Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid and in good standing at the time of deposit. agam69 accepts no liability for failed transactions resulting from issues with a Player's payment provider.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name, matching the identity information on their agam69 Account.

7.2 Prior to processing any withdrawal, agam69 may require the Player to complete KYC verification. This typically involves the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

7.3 Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals — 30 minutes to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals — 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions. These are estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed.

7.4 agam69 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending verification or investigation. Players will be notified and, where possible, given a timeframe for resolution.

7.5 Bonus-related winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The Platform's Bonus Terms, as communicated at the time each promotion is offered, shall govern the withdrawal eligibility of bonus-derived funds.

7.6 agam69 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the Account withdrawal interface and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Transparency: agam69 publishes wagering requirements and eligibility criteria for every promotion. Bonus terms are written in plain English and are accessible before any bonus is claimed.

8.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to their individual Bonus Terms, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

8.2 Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available once per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

8.3 Players found to be misusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordination with other Players to exploit bonus terms, will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings, and their Account may be permanently suspended.

8.4 agam69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect the interests of Players who have already claimed and are in the process of meeting the applicable Wagering Requirements.

8.5 Bonus funds and real-money funds may co-exist within a Player's Account balance. The order in which each type of fund is used for wagering purposes will be as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms or, where not specified, at agam69's discretion.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

9.1 All casino and slot games available on agam69 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any Player.

9.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not represent a guarantee of any individual Player's return on wager. Short-term results may deviate significantly from the stated RTP.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, agam69 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed during that round to the Player's Account balance. agam69 will not be liable for any additional winnings that the Player believes they would have received had the malfunction not occurred.

9.4 Sports betting markets and odds are compiled and managed by agam69's sportsbook operators. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of any event. Bets placed and accepted at a given odd are honoured at that odd, subject to the sports betting rules and the provisions of these Terms.

9.5 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment and certified dealing procedures. Video footage of all live dealer sessions is retained for audit purposes.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agam69 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or at any subsequent time.
Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not authorised by agam69.
Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker or live table games.
Exploiting any technical vulnerability, bug, or error in the Platform's software to gain an unintended advantage.
Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, while falsely claiming to be located in a permitted jurisdiction.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gambling

11.1 agam69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and offers a range of player protection tools accessible from within the Player's Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods.

11.2 Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting agam69 support. All self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

11.3 agam69 will not knowingly permit any Player under the age of 21 to maintain an Account or participate in any gaming activity. Where agam69 has reasonable grounds to suspect a Player is under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending KYC age verification.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the agam69 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of agam69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of agam69.

12.3 The agam69 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of agam69. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if agam69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2 agam69's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

13.3 agam69 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices are protected with appropriate security measures.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude agam69's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 In the event of any dispute, complaint, or discrepancy arising from your use of the Platform, you should contact agam69 customer support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat facility or by email to [email protected]. agam69 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

14.2 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the applicable regulatory framework under which agam69 operates.

14.3 agam69's records and server logs shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute regarding game outcomes, transaction history, or Platform activity.

14.4 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction as set out in the applicable regulatory framework under which agam69 operates.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 agam69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, agam69 will provide reasonable notice to Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on a Player's Account.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

15.3 The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
